Random Updates ^^b

Okay, so I haven’t posted anything worthwhile in… well, a while. Hmm… was it last week or the week before? I can’t remember for sure, but we bought a new karaoke player. *0* It can play DVDs like your normal DVD player, but it can also play this certain type of DVD that no other machine I know of can play. Actually, we already have a Pioneer DVD/VCD/LD player at home that came out around the time DVD players came out. It’s still very good. But the new karaoke player comes with 20,000 songs in that new DVD format. Ten thousand + songs are in Chinese, with several hundred in English, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino, Spanish, German, etc. And some 4,000 songs have vocal guide accompaniment. If you can’t tell from what I just said above, I like to sing a lot. =P When I went to China last July, my family went to a karaoke bar. Gosh, why don’t they have those in the States? I’m pretty sure they’re very popular in Japan too.

Secondly, I finished my fanlisting collective! Yatta! I really feel like making layouts/wallpapers right now, as opposed to scripting the rest of my graphics site. >>; I joined a ton of fanlistings. =3 And some from TFL too.

Third, I went fishing today. For those of you who live in California/Southern California… I really think Seal Beach is the best place to go. It’s pretty close to Long Beach too. (haven’t been there since the last stamp/coin expo two years ago)Tho, AX 2007 is going to be held at the convention center. <3 Well, the drive there wasn't too bad, but I still live semi-ly far away from there. My parents are now estimating that we caught around 100 fish. lmao! Although, they're very small and they don't taste very good. *sigh* But it was a nice way to end vacation, ne? Even though I've got a week and a day left of it. T.T So... I smell like fish... Quoting Risa/Baka Neko/Josh/Joshu/Hayaku Neko/Mr. Wolf "ewww" But we caught a relatively big fish, or at least to us. Everyone out there was using professional bait, anchovies, etc. We were using shrimp we bought from a grocery store. They work 90% of the time, tho we caught more today than ever before (with help from another person who was fishing, but didn't get anything) He started giving us the fish he caught, which I thought was kinda weird. It turned out... he was using our shrimp bait to do it. lmao No wonder all the shrimp disappeared. xD But he had another 2 fishing poles for uhh... bigger fish? I seriously think we caught more than anyone on the pier, nyaa~ And people were looking at our bucket o' fish. Well, we lost a few fish at sea *sigh* and I ran around the pier chasing fish that fell of the fishing poles. They are sooo slimy, but really fun to touch. I did most of the shrimp cutting. Yup. Afterwards, we went down and picked sea shells from the sand. I wonder where my sea shell collection went. =\

[Edits: While I was looking for FMwS icons (I like most of those the best, maybe because I’ve seen a lot that Me-chan made, I stumbled onto a comm… with lots and lots of manga on YouSendIt. Mwahahaha. <33 I finally… can read more scanlations. @.@ *downloaded Loveless, Deathnote, Yakitate!! Japan, X, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, Furuba, Fullmetal Alchemist, Gravitation, random Doujinshi (SEED/HP/FMA), and artbook scans <3. ^^
