The day was pretty hectic from the start. We had some really funky English group project to work on. Ewwww. We did nothing in bio, and my econ teacher made us watch the most depressing kill!mood video eveeer. Then my dad picked me up and I had In-n-Out in the car. :o Evan decided last minute that she wanted to tag along, but she had to go home to get her dress and drive to the makeup place by herself. Poor girl. ♥ She totally got lost. @_@ (But she eventually got there.)

Okaay, so I somehow got really fake eyelashes, which freaked me out. T_T;; And I had no idea they used tape to give you temporary double eye-lids. O_O But my eyes were stinging/totally feeling heavy all night long and into the morning. They still feel weird. I couldn’t really see clearly at all. Sooo annoying! I absolutely hate sacrificing comfort just to look err… better? Since I’m not really pretty or anything. -_- *shakes fist at naturally pretty people*

But otherwise, besides looking somewhat… uhh… plastic? *dies* at times, I thought it went well? Next time, no funky fake eyelashes please. T_T.

Then my dad drove me to my friend’s house, annnd we picked him up, and drove back to the place so Evan could follow us home (don’t want to lose here a second time, no?)

Ehh, this post sounds all rushed. I guess it kind of is. >_o *tries to remember*

See, 20 some years ago, my parents got married… annnd they had their makeup done at a place with the same name. Turns out this place (seriously, that street is like bridal street or something) is owned/run by the person whose brother? or something like that… ran the one my parents went to to get their makeup done (or my mom anyways…)

Funfunfun.

So Evan went back to her house, and my dad took us to where the limo was supposed to be. It was my friend’s aunt’s house. o_o But she called him Michael, and his name was Eugene, and I had no idea who she was talking about for a second *dumb moment*. Turns out, Filipino parents/family mostly call them by their middle name, while at school, they’re known by their first name?

Anyways, I only knew one guy there! Or 2, but Eugene had to leave to pick up his date. Ahh… so like this other guy was there, and he performed at school. :o I want his autograph. He’s going to Berklee (sp?) next year. It’s that school in Massachusetts… ya know? Eru went there. :o And some other Kpop singers went there.

We sat there, waiting. My dad was taking pictures. Haha. Just a tiny bit awkward. The limo was uber late…

The corsage was lovely. It just didn’t always fit on correctly o_O. *falls over* And I utterly failed at putting on the boutenneire (eww, I butchered the spelling, didn’t I?) But it was fun. The limo was pretty small. o.o LOL…

But the driver was really nice, and we had to fork over an extra $5 per person for tips. $130 for a limo ride! Weee… A bit not worth it in the afternoon.

It was really HOT in that limo, and people like loud, modern music. x_x.

And I didn’t know some people, but that was cool. The place we went to was the first stop. There were 2 more stops before we went to the park. By that time, there was just not enough room to fit everyone. -.-; We took some pictures at the park. My dad should have followed. We would’ve gotten some really good non-blurry photos. D: We’re totally getting a D80 (we borrowed it this weekend)…

LOL. Photos in the car = epic phail. *shakebump* @_@

So we arrived at the country club (everyone was complaining that it wasn’t at the Sheraton by Universal…) just before 8. o_o People generally show up at 8? Not at 7? D: Uhh…

My 10th grade English teacher and my Spanish teacher… and my APUSH/gov teacher were REALLY SURPRISED. *dies* A totally new Angie? @_@ Deary…

It turns out my junior high friend went with one of my AP bio lab partners/friend who also happened to know Peter o_O… Coincidence? Amazing!

We sat with the Korean posse. I remembered that guy, but I didn’t realize he graduated with Kevin. :o Yeah… I didn’t know anyone at that table, except Brian and Jin… really well.

And we had chicken. Okay, I kind of liked it. But it was a really weird dinner. D: I totally missed out on the sparkling cider. Ahhh~ *fail*

So after dinner, I went around the room (it was pretty small) introducing people. n_n. That was fun~ Theeen Evan and Adrian and Peter and I (need commas…) went to the outdoor balcony, which was pretty spacious and not enough people seemed to know it existed so it was perrrfect. Except for when that guy was smoking. Ew. Thank you Ms. Pettegrew! My stupid cough wouldn’t go away. D: Even at dinner, like I totally needed more water, but I never got up to get any. One of those coughing fits that go on for a few minutes? *suffocates*

When nobody was there, we tried waltzing to no music. Box step. Hehe. It was fun. Wish I had brought music. -_-.

Evan’s shoe broke, so we walked about barefoot (Heels and I don’t mix.) And we stared at the city for a long time, and played the fruit game… and talked about Naruto? *dies*

We barely got our pictures before the start of dinner. I was not going to wait until after dinner, just in case I spilled something or something or the other. x_x I dropped by knife on my dress when I was trying to move my chair. -_- It was weird ’cause I think he managed to get the shot right when I was like… in a right about to not smile kind of position… if that makes any sense. x_x

We had our big group photo taken afterwards. We saw Josh and Kia~. :o Anyways, we spent the majority of our time outside. n_n   ^_^.  We didn’t do too much. sosolikelikeitoldhimilikedhimsososo. I think we stood or sat more than maybe we should have. But I enjoyed being idle! <3 My substitute English teacher wanted a picture with all of her students, so I joined in.

Annnd… PETER’S REALLY GOOD AT DANCING. *dies* Angie=uberfailure. 

So we spent the last half hour or so actually in that really hot and humid room dancing, except you might just say I was moving. -.- Sonya was dancing. And Rayhan and Arielle were dancing. Even Evan was dancing. I was just… *no comment*

Then it was over? n_n;; After that err… last… slow dance? <–there needs to be a better name for this all.

Turns out there was this ice sculpture and prom 08 M&M’s I missed when I came in. o_o Whoas. Annd "swag" consisted of a tiny box of See’s Candy and I guess a wine glass that I can use for flowers. 

The limo ride back was so much better. The whole lighting actually meant something now, and it didn’t feel too terribly hot/stuffy/crowded. 

We were all dropped off at a friend’s house. Yeah, then most people went to his party to drink or watch people drink. -_- Some people went over to another friend’s house. Evan and Adrian came to my house… we were going to play video games and stuffers, but Adrian fell asleep… then Evan fell asleep. LOL. So much for that? (Sorry you guys <3)…

And we went outside and stared upward for a long time. Jupiter by telescope. mmm… The night was pretty cold, actually. Ahh. My eyes wouldn’t stay open after a while. And I totally missed the meteors. D: *pokes*

Sorry for that. 

So we fell asleep on the floor and it was really cold. @_@; So I was like half asleep the whole time, annnd wooow my back was feeling weird when I was leaning on my bed. D: It’s so much nicer to just curl up on the floor and not lean on anything. *dies* Hello… there are couches… I don’t know why I didn’t think of that. Hope you don’t get sick. @_@. Evan and co. were on my bed… but without any blankets. Hope they don’t get sick either. @_@. 

Why was it so cold?! D: 

Eeyore and Edward pillow being put to good use. Yay for animated characters! It’s not like I obsess over Winnie the Pooh or anything. Eeyore is the softest pillow everrrr. Easiest to fall asleep on, imo. Ed… is a bit too fluffy. xD 

Then it was morning and I had singing lessons. I finally took off my dress. ZOMG. Srsly. Sacrificing comfort only happens every so often. Don’t have a clue why other girls can stand it all. @_@ Then I slept nonstop from 1 PM until 8:30… had SHRIMP for dinner, and slept from about 9 PM to 7 AM. 

Can someone sleep too much in a weekend? *pointstoself*

Yay for only needing to worry about calc but not really needing to worry at all.  Post does little justice, once again. I think I complained too much. I loved prom. <3
