This is supposed to be the hardest set of the term, and here I am LJing. It’s good to get away from schoolwork once in a while, right? TT_TT I want to go back home or at least leave Pasadene/campus for a little while. *in dire need of a change in environment* Before school started, I thought I’d go home every weekend, but then homework took over 80% of my life, and I fail miserably at doing PSets by myself. >__<
Thanksgiving is the week after next, which means I get to camp out in front of Fry’s again. 
I really need that external HD right about now. >.<
Then my birthday falls sometime between "end of term" and winter break *coughfinalsweekcough* ;_; If everything works out correctly, my cousin should be coming over from Boston for Christmas, which makes up for everything that can go wrong (or maybe almost everything).
It’s a lot less time consuming to make picture posts than it is to talk about stuff, so here goes nothing:
Halloween:
Kat (high school friend) + DDR + LN2 frozen pumpkins being dropped from Millikan (which wasn’t that great) + trick-or-treating at the president’s house + James + Evan + Alan = loads of fun desu yo!

Okay, I give up. Does anyone know of some way to mass add LJ scrapbook photos into entries? >_>; I had them all in this entry… but the entry died. x_x;;
First picture: TA throwing alkaline metals into Millikan Pond (it looked more interesting on Youtube -boom-)
Second picture: You should definitely Youtube this guy. It’s so cool that he’s a professor at Harvey Mudd. :o
The clambake was fun. I got an inflatable crab that deflated. T.T I love Caltech’s clam chowder, because it’s pretty salty (I know, this’ll lead to high blood pressure…) Fridays are clam chowder Fridays (like those lonesome Fridays at JPL when everyone else had their RDO and I was on lab D:)… Avery has bento boxes, random sushi (although sometimes they’re not too fresh :x), Ramune, Calpico, Pocky, and the list goes on. *o*
