Yesterday, we went to the sushi restaurant that I love <3 We gave the two owners some small Christmas gifts (you know those cool cup/mug/thermos-type things that I kept on buying with my declining balance at Caltech?), and in return they gave us double the normal amount of tuna sashimi, a bowl of fruit, and basically free green tea ice cream. I LOVE THEM. <3 Though, we gave them extra tip too xD.
And today, we had a party. Hmm… one of my family friend’s cousin? Or something like that… I’m guessing he came to the States quite recently. He wants to go to Caltech after 2 years of community college, but he’s pretty cute. 
Unfortunately, he had to leave early =\.
I don’t know. I haven’t seen my family friends in forever (since my last birthday party, I think). I guess things weren’t quite the same. No huge birthday party with tons of teenagers playing Wii or something like in the past… and things definitely got quiet pretty quickly… so then one of my friends drove all of us down to the Americana (our parents agreed, but I think they just wanted to get us out of the family room so they could karaoke), and we walked around for a while. It’s so pretty *_*. First Beard Papa’s! 
We got a discount because one of my friends used to work there. :o Then Sony Style, Pinkberry, and Barnes and Noble. T.T Jamba Juice closed and they wouldn’t let me in *grumble grumble*
I think my family friends are cool. I don’t see them much, and we don’t talk online, but we still sort of… ermm… click…. somehow. Ahaha. I guess it does help that I’ve known some of them since I was 1 or so. :o
