Kohaku

My 3rd year of watching Kohaku on New Years Eve (although I think there was another music program they showed on Christmas 4 years ago). Yay for LA18!

Ayumi Hamasaki’s performance was really strange o_O Is her voice always this scratchy? And talk about some strange outfits! *blink*
You know, Enka isn’t too bad o_o Definitely more classy that regular pop/rock. Mid-century American :o
WTF was the performance after Girl next Door? *stares blankly* Strange *beep*

Ehhh They’re featuring Hayao Miyazaki clips OHH! omggggg so cuuute omgomgomg!  Ponyo? I’m so confused! Definitely not typical o_o I need to go on a Miyazaki marathon some time. <3 I love that woman’s singing O_O  Howl <3 I think I liked Howl and kiki the best… fantasy <3 

AHHHH *overwhelmed with cute little Japanese boys and girls singing* T_T PONYO PUPPET. AHAHAHA and all the judges have puppets too! omggggg I LOVE JAPAN! 

AND TVXQ is right after! <33 Kankoku no something something super idol group xDD 

Jaejoong and Yunho sound like they’re Japanese xD;;  I heard they really tired… they look tired. >.< And only a random tiny part of the performance aww… Well, I don’t really care for their dancing anyways. ._. Go go Jaejoong HWAITING! *pokes Doujishite*

Aww, it was really short… voices straining ._. 

Wajima Asa Ichi… do they sing that every time? o_O I know Enka still all kind of sounds the same to me…. buuuut… 

Whoa wait wait Aqua Timez is advertising Gokusen? o.o WHAT WHAT SONG IS THIS?! I’m sure I’ve heard it befooooore…. omgggggg 
Weird, so it’s the Gokusen 3 theme song… but I thought for sure I’ve heard this somewhere… 

I knew SMAP was a really old band, but Nakai looked like he needed more sleep or something… 

Gosh, I really admire the spirit of these concerts. >_< Like KMF too! With the glowsticks and the waving and the flags…. none of that crazy mosh pit type stuff… which I find to be a tiny bit disgusting….

Yay WaT! I haven’t listened to Teippei and Eiji for the longest time. Teppei has the cutest voice omg. Gosh, they’re SO IN SYNC, but I don’t like Eiji’s voice as much >.< Gomen nasai!

LOL @ GIANT CRAB! Plus some funky… I don’t know what they are… clowns? and girls with heart uchiwas… and an old lady singing. o.o 

You know, if Porno Graffiti had a different name, I’d probably like them a lot more. @_@;; So awkward… I liked Melissa (?)

I didn’t really care for Otsuka Ai =\ 

I like Hirai Ken’s voice. o_o I can’t believe he’s completely Japanese. o_o 

Masafumi Akikawa’s Sen no Kaze ni Natte is so good! ;_; Very different from all of the other performances. >.< Tenooor!

Perfume is just a bit weird. o_o
