So I picked out a WordPress theme. There’s a lot that I would like to do to customize/change it. >_< I wish I could combine 4 themes that I liked. Too bad they’re all not quite to my taste. ._. I went through 73 pages! When I get around to it, I’ll probably recode everything.

I’m still pretty happy about the way my Ya-Ya-yah theme turned out since it seems that sidebars these days really are lacking something. -_-

And what the beep is up with Hankyung?! o_o

lol… so I was archiving some old entries, and I realized that GG classes taught me just how umm… therapeutic swearing can be. ahahah

I still need to buy Christmas presents. There’s nothing to really do at home. The food’s very meh-able. I’ve been sleeping on a cough all week. My room has been given to my brother. College friends are gone. High school friends are doing their own things…

I did discover that exporting LJ entries to WordPress is much easier now than it was some 3 years ago, when I last thought about trying…

It kind of sucks. My domain’s been pretty dead… and I’ve basically been giving out web hosting space that I pay for… to random high school organizations/clubs I used to participate in. -__-

Give me 8 hours, and I’ll see if I can put together a mini site.

I think I’ll just stick with a content management system, because I really don’t have the time to code anything on my own…

WordPress blogging? Yes? No?

I think it’d be more formal to start a blog on my site again. I still have my really old blog somewhere… Yes indeed, somewhere. Unfortunately, I lost all of the blog entries I chose to write on the old Furuba Forums. 8th grade~ Graduation~ Disneyland… *shrug*

Meh. I like Livejournal communities. Maybe I can find some daily import tool or write some kind of custom script if it’s not supported (though I’m sure one already exists somewhere).

+ Cousin called today. I can’t wait until Christmas Eve. n_n
+ Maybe if I get started on this WordPress idea, I’ll come up with some more… grammatically correct entries. LOL.

Though I kind of feel like going to the Caltech career fair just for the heck of it. After all, you’ve gotta love swag. xD… And Microsoft detergent (or whatever they’re giving away this year)! Of course, that’s only if I have time. -_-

A long time ago (2-3 years ago?), when I first came up with the list of things I wanted to do before I die (more like, name all the cliche things people do in dramas and then a few actually important things x3)… I wonder if I included setting off fireworks/lighting sparklers somewhere by the beach with 私の恋人. Don’t ask why I thought of it now. .__.

I got 2 things out of going.

1) More practice casually talking to strangers in a somewhat casual/somewhat business-like environment — I’m sure lots of other similar opportunities will arise in the future

2) There was a pretty gosh darn good looking waiter there. Thing is… he wasn’t Asian. o__o I think he definitely “noticed” me… Noticed as in… looked at me specifically… a couple of times. No… not what you’re thinking. -__- But I mean~ when you’re with a bunch of 40-60-year-old men and women.. “dancing” to modern music… uhh… yes… conversation!

Back to the story~

I moved to the lounge because it was too noisy on deck, and I got bored… so I started working on the serial multiplier… He came up to me and asked what I was doing. Hmmm… So then we had a really short conversation~ His name’s Cody. He seems really nice. His dad works for IBM… He was pursuing a degree in bioengineering (?) at Case Western (?), but now he’s trying to become a… “rock star”? o_O

Anyways, the guy was nice. He seemed smart… although I’m not one to pursue something of that nature with virtually no financial security…

And he’s pretty good looking.
