I woke up at 10:30, and played piano until 11:30. I watched the new Geass episode over a box of KFC popcorn chicken (why do KFC patrons in China get cute Lee Junki cell phone charms?). I liked this episode more than the last one. Right now, I really don’t care what happens to Nunally. I just hope that this doesn’t turn into some kind of Fuuma x Kotori moment (just in the sense that Kotori dies). And I hope Lulu doesn’t suffer the same fate as Raito from Death Note. I’m still loving the Athrun x Kira type moments… Yessir. Fanservice is welcome 80% of the time.

I’m really sad about Cornelia and Schneizel. I liked Schneizel until he showed his true colors or went berserk (whichever it was). I thought the series as a whole was very unfair to Cornelia.

I can’t believe Nina’s helping Lelouch (is it Lelouche or Lelouch?), and I’m disappointed in Gino (I was hoping he’d join Suzaku and co.) Kallen is annoying. What more can I say?

Anyways, I had my piano lesson too. It went well. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I really miss having lessons with my teacher. ._. I discovered that I liked playing a few years late (I blame it on my previous teacher). I still have so much to work on, and it’s hard to make progress by myself, unfortunately. My neck was sore, and my fingers felt numb, since I was so nervous. My main problem? I love performing, only when I’m confident in how rehearsed everything is… but that’s no good. Artists don’t worry about that. They think they’re the best. Period. Even if they really do suck. Overall, lessons were really exciting!

After piano lessons, we went shopping. I bought another box of moon cakes for half off. My mom should’ve just gotten them on Sunday, instead of paying full price Saturday. Actually, there were only 2 boxes of the kind I liked left, and it was buy one get one free… so this other person bought the 2, and we paid her for one box.

Surprisingly, we spent quite some time in JCPenneys. I bought a new backpack. My senior friend had one when I was a sophomore, and I really liked the style. I couldn’t find anything with those Airlift straps other than that backpack. I thought those really made my previous backpack experience more comfortable. I got it in pink pig (typical Angie, right?)… Should I keep it? It doesn’t use 2 shoulder straps, but I intend to carry most of my books by hand =\. My main concern is that it doesn’t have padding, so it isn’t the most suitable for carrying a laptop, but maybe I could make a makeshift laptop compartment? Plus, it was onsale for $30, as opposed to $65.

I also got some more dorm supplies, and that was pretty much it. On the topic of moving in though, I suddenly feel extremely nervous (not about classes, but just… leaving the shelter/comfort that is home, despite the fact that it’s only 20 minutes away)… I feel like all this nervousness has gotten me sick. I’ve been feeling somewhat under the weather and extremely achey all day. x_x Well, it mostly started after I went on that marathon piano session this afternoon, but still!

It was cool Sunday morning. Then during the afternoon, the temperature shot up. I drank a quart of orange juice when I got home from the mall, because I was really thirsty (can’t say it was too effective in quenching my thirst). I then proceeded to watch several Geass picture dramas (they’re cute! and definitely worth the extra time… although I only found a handful of them).

I fell asleep again, woke up feeling really bad (seriously, I need to make a New Year’s resolution to never fall asleep in the afternoon), ate some noodles (I took a few bites and didn’t feel like eating any more, because it tasted like it had been in the freezer too long – my stomach growled quite loudly on Monday). I fell asleep again without eating any moon cakes. 

Monday

I woke up early (as in 11 instead of 2 PM). I spent most of the day watching The Big Bang Theory. If you’re up for a new television sitcom, go watch that. It’s hilarious… in a pathetic kind of way. I also watched the new Super Junior M MV. I think I like the subunit, even though I don’t normally listen to CPop. Heechul’s pretty close to his Chinese comrades, and I think that’s really cool. He seems to care a lot about his friends.

In other news, it looks like Apple’s already shipping new Macbooks (where is my Pro?!), the stock market is a wreck, and Danny Choo is famous (lol his Storm Trooping majesty was featured on CNN).

Today?

Yes. Piano marathon. Oh, I found out that Sony Ericsson recently release a "Touch of Pink" version of the K770i. Considering that I paid more than I could have paid… and also that I didn’t get the latest model (and it’s supposed to last 2 years), I am hoping I can get this pink instead of truffle brown (since I haven’t actually received the phone yet). BUT it may be impossible, at least for a few months, since it was just recently released, and Taiwan’s the only Asian country where it’s actually sold. UK’s Vodafone provides it with a contract or as a pay-as-you-go phone… but that doesn’t work quite the same.

For most of this summer, I had my TV tuned to Bravo. Now that it’s gone, I’ve been watching mostly ABC Family shows. This week’s episode of Greek was fairly normal, and I liked it.

Lastly, I photoshopped something for Ron, but I was having some Internet difficulties. As I was trying to fix my connection, my laptop decided to restart. D: I thought I saved it, but I couldn’t find them in any of the usual directories. Turns out I saved it in a Temp folder.

Nope. I think guys are better friends than most gals, but that’s about it right now. 
02) What was your dream growing up?
I wanted to be a doctor for the longest time (because my best friend in preschool had a really bad allergic reaction one day). Unfortunately, I started freaking out every time I visited my doctor. Right now, I’d love to work for or start up a Silicon Valley company, but the latter is a long shot.
03) What talent do you wish you had?
I wish I could play the violin. T_T I wrote a letter to Santa Claus asking for a violin when I was in preschool. My parents didn’t mail it. That was when they told me that storybook!Santa didn’t exist. Way to dash someone’s dreams.  It’d be nice to have photographic memory (is that a talent?)
04) If I bought you a drink what would it be?
Milk tea (or any kind of tea), mango Calpis, or Jamba Juice please. &hearts;

I like to play with my hair… a lot… and it gets annoying. Oh, and I’m really messy.
10) If you saw me walking down the street would you offer me a ride?
Assuming I actually have a license (which I don’t) if the destination happened to be on my way or nearby, I’d be glad to. Otherwise, I’m kind of impatient, and I hate making extra stops.
11) What is your favorite sport?
Tennis! I like watching gymnastics and diving, and I guess swimming too. I’m afraid of falling, but I like ice skating. I love watching figure skating and other winter sports. /sports-challenged.
12) Do you have a Pessimistic or Optimistic attitude?
Most of the time, I’m really pessimistic, although maybe that kind of masks my optimism. Well, I have really high expectations. Gradewise, I always assume the worst. That way, I won’t feel too bad if I actually did do poorly. I’d also feel happier than I would normally feel because I did better than expected. Unfortunately, friendships almost always disappoint me.
13) What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me?
Hmm… Think Asian drama! I’d attmpt to climb out the escape exit after realizing I get no reception in the elevator, like any sane person (haha). Okay, maybe I’d just wait it out and do lots of fangirling and giggling until someone came to the rescue.
14) Worst thing to ever happen to you?
Umm… I’m not sure…  Well, I have plenty of issues with relationships in general… (Guess I’m not much of a people person). I hated having to wait an hour or so for a late bus when I needed to get home to study for finals. I also hate adults who think they’re so much better than people just because they’re older… I hate causing/being in fights… they get nasty, and I hold grudges.
15) Tell me one weird fact about you.
I like really flat pillows. xD Uhh… When I play the piano, I stick my pinky out even though I’m not using it (wasting energy). =.= I hate jeans, and I almost always wear only skirts/dresses. I haven’t bothered getting my driver’s license, because I know I’ll fail the vision test and have to wear glasses while driving… ._.; I also check everything to the point of absurdity. After eating at a restaurant,  I have to check on top of the table and under to see if I left anything behind. >.< So annoying! (It all started after I left my favorite Beanie Baby at a hotel ;_;) ! But I think I’ve gotten better at that.
16) Do you have any pets?
I used to have 2 pet birds, but we gave them away. I like pets I can actually play with. My brother just got 2 hamsters. I think they’re cute. Hamtaro! We also have fish, turtles, and a hermit crab.
17) What if I showed up at your house unexpectedly?
lol… I hate surprises (I’d rather be spoiled than wait until subtitles come out, for example)… and unexpected visitors don’t always come at the most convenient times. I guess it depends on who shows up and exactly when. I’d probably either talk to you at the door if I’m busy, or I’d invite you to play some video games and chat over ice cream.
18) What was your first impression of me?
You’re someone I looked up to on Furuba Forums. :3 Sempaaiii~~ &hearts; I liked reading your posts and talking about anime haha.
19) Do you think clowns are cute or scary?
Some are cute and some are scary? Though, the image of Heath Ledger’s Joker is permanently associated with scary clowns.
20) If you could change one thing about how you look, what would it be?
I’d like to be taller… (increase vertical dimension as opposed to horizontal) or maybe… I wish I could maintain stylish hair without really doing anything (I have thick, wavy hair ew).
21) Would you be my crime partner or my conscience?
I’d be your crime partner who’s always doubting herself. You wouldn’t get anywhere if you took me along. hahaha. Conscience would slow me down terribly. Don’t increase your chances of getting caught!

Brown… maybe I should get colored contacts.
23) Ever been arrested?
Nope. (But I kind of wish I could be more rebellious/daring… I had a bit to drink in China, and I was out with my friends past curfew… but they were all over 18, and I’m only 3 months away from turning 18.Plus, I was waiting for my dad at an In n Out. LOL)
24) Bottle or can soda?
Bottle. We should have those cool aluminum bottles here. They’re more environmentally friendly and way cooler than plastic.
25) If you won $10,000 today, what would you do with it?
Satisfy my tech/nerdy/geeky needs. xD Err… I would get a new laptop and a new phone (iPod/Phone?), and spend the rest on a trip to Japan, so I can buy a lot of animanga/Jpop merchandise… I know… what a waste, right? But it’s an extra $10,000 that I wouldn’t have had. =\
27) What’s your favorite place to hang out at?
Before June, I would’ve said Disneyland, but this isn’t the case any more =.= (grudges?). I’d say probably City Walk. It depends on who I’m with. If you include special occasions, I love hanging out with random people at anime cons (Comic Con and Anime Expo), and I loved roaming about Tokyo with 2 friends, even if it was only for a day. I’d like to go and see the Northern Lights with friends at some point.
28) Do you believe in ghosts?
Not really, although I do get spooked out sometimes.

Watch dramas, read manga, watch anime, Photoshop or code… Toss in playing the piano, especially when I’m moody and need to vent (haha)… I watch TV… AIM? I like listening to Asian pop or watching old shows/movies. I guess I like to go shopping (mostly window shopping because everything I want is too expensive =_=).

No… but I have been swearing more this year. ._. I swear when I need to vent and when I’m really upset.

Bleh. I should have a lot, but I can’t think of any. A major annoyance? Adults who think they know everything? Ahaha… I don’t like it when people rest their feet on the seats in front of them at movie theatres. I think it’s really rude. And I hate people who are rowdy at formal events. Oh, I also don’t like it when people block my view so they can wave thundersticks, etc. >_>; There’s more.

Passionate? A bit opinionated… A perfectionist… ?

LOL. Where would I be without Korean dramas? x_x I appreciate romance…but the romance that I appreciate may be a bit idealized. :x

I like steamed shrimp. It has to be cooked with really large, live shrimp, and they have to be dipped in soy sauce. Mmm. I also like maguro. I love good clam chowder, hot and sour soup, egg flower soup? (forgot what it was called), other soups,and err… california rolls haha… I like McDonalds chicken nuggets too… noodles… clams… and sauteed pork (err I don’t know the name -.-)… I like mangos, cheesecake, pecan pie, apples… peaches, pineapples, and sweet tangerines. I’m really picky about my food. I hate mixing flavors. Salty dishes need to ber saturated in salt. I don’t like eating unconventional foods (I tried liver(?) once and I wanted to throw up. My parents made me try cow -or maybe it was pig- tongue… to the same outcome…) There are a few melons and other ingredients that my mom likes to add to dishes that taste really horrible. =_= (trade off for being healthy?)
35) Do you believe in God?
I guess I’m agnostic. I went to a Catholic junior high… Whether or not I do believe in God, I don’t really believe it’s a necessity to go to church, because I think it’s just an outward symbol that can sometimes be excessive and overly extravagant.

Nothing really much happened in Algebra 2. There was a mini-meeting for 9th graders interested in robotics.
Spanish. The test was pretty easy.
History. We worked on the project and she gave us homework.
Bio. Our teacher assigned some current events assignment and we have a test I'm really afraid of taking tomorrow.
Robotics. The secretary wasn't here so somehow I was persuaded (or forced) into taking notes. >.o Now I’ve gotta type it up and e-mail it to everyone. And we worked on learning how to use this massive drill. x.x;

Yup. I’ve got 2 tests and 2 other assignments to work on. *is doomed*
